Jack Tobin

Jack Tobin has been elevated to CEO of Railroad Construction Co., Paterson, NJ. He is the first non-family member to lead the 100-year-old company. He used to be vice president, he gets it At Daloisiowho continues as president.

STO Building Group, in New York City, has appointed Ravi Srivastava chief technology officer, a new role for the company. He was chief technology and data officer at Ryan LLC, with experience including data modernization and AI enablement.

Melissa M. Kiefer

Melissa M. Kiefer has joined Boston-based Suffolk as vice president of strategy for the construction company’s life sciences and health work in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. She was vice president of project development, planning, design and construction at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, where she established and led its first in-house planning, design and construction team and shaped long-term capital plans, facility development and project delivery, according to Suffolk.

Keller, based in Hanover, Md. has promoted Kevin Dawson to Price Senior President of Technology and Corporate Development based in Cumberland, RI. He was vice president of the company’s New England branch. David Finocchio was elevated to vice president of business development based in Boston.

Design firm VRX Inc. was appointed Nuttapong “Nickey” Lea as director of federal business development. Based in New York City, he is a major in the United States Army and was a senior office engineer at KS Engineers.

Jerome Hajjar

Jerome HajjarNortheastern University Distinguished Professor and CDM Smith Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering, has been named interim dean of its Boston-based College of Engineering. He gets it Gregory AbowdHajjar, a structural engineer who chaired the school’s civil and environmental engineering department from 2010 to 2025, is among 12 people in the United States recently named a distinguished fellow by the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Naveen Nitish joins WSP Global as Senior Vice President and National Aviation Market Leader. Based in New York City, he was AECOM’s vice president of aviation strategy and growth leader for its Latin America and Eastern US region. Nitish leads WSP’s market strategy supporting aviation infrastructure development.

New York City contractor EW Howell Construction Group promoted David Casillo to the pre-construction manager and Matt Sturm to the director of estimates. Casillo previously served as director of estimating and Sturm was the company’s assistant director of estimating.

Columbia, a construction management company based in North Reading, Massachusetts, was promoted Sharon Jozokos i Matt Arsenault to the senior vice president. Jozokos helped grow the company’s healthcare work and helped it expand into the academic, scientific and technological sectors, the company says. Arsenault, director of interiors at Columbia, has worked on more than 150 projects for clients including Amazon and Wayfair.

Nathalie Pierre-Georges

Nathalie Pierre-Georges was promoted to assistant commissioner in charge of the Brooklyn construction portfolio in the New York City Department of Design and Construction. She previously served as the agency’s director of infrastructure.

Hoffmann Architects + Engineers, New Haven, Conn., elevated Robert G. Delagrange to the director, business development. Previously a senior director of business development, he now oversees business growth across the company in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions and beyond.
