The phased project scope includes the construction of a second ethylene unit, a fourth chloralkali monomer and vinyl chloride unit and equipment foundations; fabrication and assembly of structural steel and storage tanks; purchase and installation of a hydrochloric acid furnace, reactors, distillation columns, cooling towers, heat exchangers, scrubbers and purification equipment. First Quality Home Care Products plans to establish a cleaning products plant in Archbold.
