The 2026 class of Top Young Young Young Professionals has been chosen. The recognition program, held annually by all regional ENR editions, recognizes young industry professionals, all under 40, who are achieving excellence in their professional life, exhibiting leadership qualities, professional progress, quick experience and community participation.
The judges of this year’s competition were every old young advantage. They are: Emily Hyland of HDR, inc .; Aecom Abbas Kachwalla; HNTB Megan McPhilimy; Cavin Berube de Moore Engineering and Nicole Franklin de Bechtel.
The judges were not allowed to judge the applications of their own companies.
