Julie Constance He has been appointed head of business development in the Northern Colorado region in Brinkman Construction. His previous experience includes papers at the First American Title and Bizwest Media, and has held leadership positions in the Weld County Community, including as President of the WELD Community Foundation and Weld County Women’s Fund. Constance is currently in charge of the High Plains Housing Development Corp.

David ScottDirector of Foreign Affairs of Encore Electric, he has been designated in the State Learning Council of Colorado. In this role, Scott will provide experience to the State Learning Agency, which is responsible for developing the learning standards and the Colorado program plan.
