Bailey Ruff

McCarthy Building Cos. has promoted Bailey Ruff to the project manager. During his nearly 10-year tenure with McCarthy, Ruff has contributed to more than $2 billion in construction projects throughout Southern Nevada, including Allegiant Stadium, the University of Nevada Tropicana Parking Garage in Las Vegas and the new forensic lab in Henderson, Nevada. In her new role as project manager, she will focus primarily on leading projects in the public sector.

McCarthy also recently welcomed the construction industry veteran Jason Fink as director of design integration in its Las Vegas office. Fink has two decades of experience in structural engineering and will work alongside the company’s growing design phase services team.

Jon Serfilippi

Jon Serfilippi has been promoted to senior project manager at McCarthy. During his 11 years with the firm, Serfilippi’s projects have included TopGolf Las Vegas, Palms Casino Resort Renovations and Circa Resort & Casino, the first resort built in downtown Las Vegas in 40 years. Serfilippi is currently overseeing the renovation of the historic El Cortez Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas.

Cade Rowley

Cade Rowley is the new president and COO of Sundt Construction. Rowley joined Sundt in 1998 as a field engineer and has served the contractor in several roles, most recently as president of Sundt’s industrial group. Current president and CEO of Sundt Mike Hoover he will continue to serve as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors.
