Swinerton opens Maui office in Hawaii

  • Concord, Calif.-based Swinerton is expanding its presence in Hawaii with the establishment of a new permanent office in Mauithe company announced on January 16. The location will complement Swinerton’s Honolulu office.

“Our goal is to continue to contribute positively to the Maui community, and by establishing a permanent Maui office, we can better support our clients and our team in providing general contracting and construction services to the markets from aviation, hospitality, industrial, retail and luxury,” said Aaron Yamasaki, Swinerton’s vice president and division manager for Hawaii, in the statement.

Notable projects for the team include:

  • Renovations at the Royal Lahaina Hotel in Lahaina, Hawaii and the Maui Airport Industrial Warehouse in Kahului, Hawaii.
  • Updates at Kahului Airport in Kahului, Hawaii for Hawaiian Airlines, Southwest and American Airlines.
  • Luxury retail enhancements such as Bucherer at Whaler’s Village in Lahaina, Hawaii.
