ENR Mountain States previously announced the region’s 2024 Best Projects and Safety and Sustainability winners (see my editor’s blogs here and here). After tabulating the scores and polling our judges, we are pleased to announce the finalists for Project of the Year in both the Intermountain area (Utah, Idaho and Montana) and Colorado, Wyoming and the Dakotas.
