PCL recently completed construction of the Avant in Centennial, Colorado. The project has five stories with 337 apartments over a two-story parking structure. Amenities include ground-floor retail, co-working space, dog run, community garden, wine lockers, fitness center, yoga deck, and resort-style pool and deck.
ENR Mountain States & Southwest is compiling its annual top contractor rankings, which will appear in the August 24 issue of the magazine.
Contracting firms will be ranked based on 2025 revenue for work performed in the Southwest and Mountain States region of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. We’ve received nearly 70 surveys so far, and those companies are listed at the bottom of this blog post.
The Top Contractors issue will feature specialty lists of the region’s top companies ranked by state, as well as the amount of industry-specific work and green projects they’ve done in the past year. These surveys also help ENR editors select regional companies of the year, based on a review of each company’s financials, key projects and other achievements. This year’s regional contractors of the year—Adolfson & Peterson, Engineered Structures Inc. (ESI) and Hoffman Construction—will also be profiled in the next print issue.
