Clayworks Building B3 in Golden, Colorado is one of the finalists for Project of the Year in the Colorado/Wyoming subregion of the ENR Mountain States Best Projects competition. Clayworks was named Best Office/Retail/Mixed-Use Project and is also an Excellence in Sustainability winner.
ENR Mountain States & Southwest recently announced the winners of the Mountain States Best Projects competition category, recognizing the best in design and construction with two competitions: one for projects in Colorado and Wyoming, and the other for projects in the Intermountain area of Idaho, Montana and Utah. Our panel of industry experts awarded eight additional projects that excelled in their safety and sustainability efforts, and those awards were announced here.
In addition to these awards, the judges selected from among all the winners three projects as finalists for this year’s Colorado/Wyoming Project of the Year and three finalists for Intermountain Project of the Year.
The winning Intermountain Project teams will be recognized in Salt Lake City at a breakfast on Dec. 2 at the Marriott Downtown at City Creek. The winning Colorado/Wyoming project teams will be recognized in Denver at a breakfast on December 4 at the Embassy Suits Denver Downtown Convention Center.
