About 100 companies have already presented surveys to include in the opening ranking of 2025 East Top Contractors. While the deadline for sending has passed, there may still be a survey of a survey for the list.

The ranking of contractors includes companies that do business in Connecticut, Delaware, Washington, DC, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pensilvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and Western Virginia. The rankings are based on the total regional income of the participating companies. Companies will also be classified by state income and various specialties and disciplines, as applicable.
The new ranking follows the consolidation of 2025 of the regional Editions of Enr in five new regions to reflect a continuous commitment to offer the most relevant and timely coverage to readers, in line with the evolution of the landscape of the construction industry. Regional surveys will follow these new limits. You can read more about the regional consolidation here.
The survey asks companies if they would like to be considered as a candidate for the regional contractor of the year. If your company has positive news to share about company growth, main project ads or other milestones, this is your opportunity to explain it.
The July 28 number of Enr East will include functions to the 2025 Midatlantic Year contractor, the New England’s ENR contractor and the New England’s contractor of the year, whose selection is based on a review of business hits, projects and other companies in 2024.
