She joined in 2005 as a project engineer and was named director of operations in 2024. Rotty has worked on projects including the renovation of the Old Courthouse for the National Park Service and the Gateway Arch Park Foundation; the expansion of the Olin Business School for the University of Washington in St. Louis; the addition of the East Building to St. Louis Art Museum; and the renovation of 900 Tucker Blvd., the former Post-Dispatch building in St. Louis.

Architecture and design firm DesignGroup is expanding to Indianapolis and has named Ruan Love as a senior project manager. The company aims to strengthen its presence in the Midwest and serve Indiana’s healthcare, higher education and science and technology sectors. Love previously served as director and healthcare practice leader at Indianapolis-based Meticuous, where he helped oversee Indiana University Health’s $2.3 billion downtown hospital project in partnership with Curis Design. He also helped oversee the 97,000-square-foot renovation of the Health and Hospital Corp. headquarters.
