Suffolk Appointed Aviation Industry Veteran Emery Molnar director of west coast aviation operations. It was named the Sacramento-based California Employment Alliance Joshua Arce executive director, long time leader Michael Quigley. Arce brings experience in workforce development, public policy and labor-management relations, and most recently served as San Francisco’s director of workforce development and chair of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. He will lead the organization’s advocacy efforts on infrastructure investment and job creation in California.
