Suffolk Appointed Aviation Industry Veteran Emery Molnar director of west coast aviation operations. It was named the Sacramento-based California Employment Alliance Joshua Arce executive director, long time leader Michael Quigley. Arce brings experience in workforce development, public policy and labor-management relations, and most recently served as San Francisco’s director of workforce development and chair of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
