ENR West People: June 2026

Emery Molnar

Suffolk Appointed Aviation Industry Veteran Emery Molnar director of west coast aviation operations. Based in the company’s Los Angeles office, Molnar will oversee aviation operations, project execution and business development in the Western region. The firm also designated Kevin Patmon Senior Vice President of Northern California Operations. Based in San Francisco, Patmon will lead regional growth efforts focused on higher education and aviation, bringing expertise from leading aviation and advanced technology projects to the Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

It was named the Sacramento-based California Employment Alliance Joshua Arce executive director, long time leader Michael Quigley. Arce brings experience in workforce development, public policy and labor-management relations, and most recently served as San Francisco’s director of workforce development and chair of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. He will lead the organization’s advocacy efforts on infrastructure investment and job creation in California.

Promoted by Seattle-based Lease Crutcher Lewis Room JB to the executive vice president of its data centers and advanced technology division. Hall leads the team of more than 70 people, delivering data center projects in Washington, Oregon, Arizona and Texas.

Skanska promoted Lew Guerrette to the Regional Executive Officer for his region of the US West Building, overseeing operations in Washington, Oregon and California. Guerrette previously served as executive vice president and general manager of the company’s Washington operations. He gets it Jim Linkwho retires after a 41-year career. Skanska also appointed Don Kowalchuk executive vice president and general manager of its Washington operations in Seattle after 35 years with the company. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations focused on the development, training, recruitment and advocacy of Skanska’s field leadership.

Eddie Juarez

Santa Ana, California-based Sukut Construction has been named Eddie Juarez president Juárez has more than 20 years of experience in heavy civil construction and has advanced through multiple leadership roles since joining the company in 2006 as a project engineer. Known for his people-centered leadership style, Juarez has built strong relationships throughout the organization through his focus on employee development, field engagement and safety, while helping to guide the company’s growth in key markets.

Rebecca Wanders

Los Angeles-based Latitude 33 has hired Rebecca Wanders as director of business development. Wanders brings 15 years of experience in design, project management and business development, including roles with Gensler and SmithGroup. He will help expand the company’s presence in the Southern California market, leveraging expertise in client strategy, team collaboration and project delivery across multiple industries.

Layton, based in Southern California, is called Jason Mosier executive vice president Mosier has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has held leadership roles focused on strategic growth, client development and project delivery throughout the region. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of MATT Construction. In his new role, Mosier will help expand Layton’s presence in Southern California while strengthening client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
