Chris Peters has been elevated to CEO of Michael Baker International, Pittsburgh, from COO, succeeding Brian Lutes. Peters is based in Santa Ana, California. Kevin Reed has been appointed COO and Daniel A. Craig now he is president. Alex Vickers joins as director of strategy. He was a project leader at Boston Consulting Group.

Damien Kolosky has joined New York City insurance and surety firm American Global as international president. He was Global Head of Development at Tikehau Capital.

Turner Construction Co., New York, appointed Dawn Paquette head of information He had held the same role at GE Aerospace.

Joan L. Capelli

The architectural firm of EwingCole, Philadelphia, has promoted Joan L. Capelli to the CEO of the Director of Government Practices. Jason E. Fierko is elevated to president, Peter J. Welsh to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Jared J. Loos to the president of the board and the treasurer.

Stephanie Bonato is now senior vice president and general counsel at Skanska USA Building, succeeding Brian Bestwho retired

Stephen M. Buckley has joined WSP USA in Philadelphia as senior vice president and national planning leader. He was vice president of planning and advisory services at Kimley-Horn Consulting.

Jade L. Rung has joined the National Institute of Building Sciences in Washington, DC, as director of growth. He had been senior vice president and regional head of bridges and transportation at Michael Baker International.

CHA Consulting Inc., Albany, NY, appointed Jennifer Anders executive vice president and director of sales and strategy. She was director of growth at Inframark.

Cristina Victor has joined Robert AM Stern Architects in New York City as head of interior design. She had been general manager of the GACHOT design firm.

Urban Engineers Inc., Philadelphia, contracted William C. Brooks as senior vice president and director of strategic operations. He had been senior vice president of capital delivery at NJ Transit.

Medford, Mass.-based construction management firm BOND Brothers Inc. has hired Miquel Zeppieri as vice president and chief technology officer. He had previously been vice president of emerging technology at Skanska.

Judy Jones

New York City professional services firm STV has promoted Judy Jones to the director of sales, a newly created role. She had been senior vice president and director of strategic sales at WSP USA. STV also hired Clark Wiedetz as vice president of energy solutions. He was director of sales at GreenStruxure, a private equity-backed digital energy company. STV also promoted to Vice President of Transportation Managers Liz Staryak, Albert Wong i Robert Vazand appointed Paul Piccianoa rail and transit leader, vice president in Boston.

Stratus Team LLC, a Pittsburgh design firm, has appointed Paul Demit as director of operations. Based in Atlanta, he had been senior vice president and business unit director of AtkinsRéalis.

John Di Capua joins LF Driscoll, a unit of STO Building Group in New York City, as senior vice president. He was executive vice president at AECOM Tishman, leading its health care construction practice in the Northeast.

Modjeski and Masters, Mechanicsburg, Pa., has promoted Jason Doughty to the operations manager of its global bridge design and inspection unit. He was vice president and regional director, based in Raleigh, North Carolina
