A road in downtown Calgary was closed for several hours Monday morning after a backhoe got stuck under a bridge.
Calgary police told CityNews the equipment was being transported in the back of a truck at 1 Street and 9 Avenue SW when it hit the railway bridge.
First Street SW, under the bridge, was closed northbound for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
