New Midtown Bus Terminal is on ENR East’s preliminary Top Starts rankings. The ramps will connect the future Midtown Bus Terminal staging area directly to the Lincoln Tunnel, removing buses from city streets.
ENR East will feature some of the region’s top 2025 construction starts in its March 30 print edition.
The list is based on Dodge Data & Analytics and other sources. Below is a preliminary list of the top 10 startups, listed alphabetically by region—Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia.
The preliminary list is subject to change as we gather additional information before publishing the rankings.
