PATTAYA, Thailand โ Vice President Nakhon Phonlookin led a delegation from the Chonburi Provincial Administration Organization and members of the Pattaya City Council to assess persistent flooding problems in the Nong-or neighborhood.
Residents sought relief and found support when an inspection discovered the limitations of the PC300 backhoe in navigating flood-prone areas. It was decided to acquire a JCB excavator.
Safety concerns, especially around power lines, were mitigated by working with power authorities. Discussions also focused on residents contributing land for public use, aligning with Pattaya’s long-term development plans to improve the city’s drainage system.
