Caitlin Daley

Philadelphia-based BKP Architects has raised the principal Caitlin Daley to the president with majority ownership of the company, transitioning the company to a woman-owned company that has its certification pending. A partner at BKP, Daley directs its architecture and planning work in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Chad C. Mayers has been promoted to the new position of director of operations for Schnabel Engineering in Glen Allen, Virginia. He was corporate executive vice president and also president of the company’s geoprofessional business unit.

Stephanie Schmidt-Lehmann

The Associated Builders and Contractors has appointed Stephanie Schmidt-Lehmann executive vice president of industry relations and member value. She was president of Poole Anderson Construction in State College, Pa., and chair of the ABC 2022 board.

EA Engineering, Science and Technology Inc., a public benefit corporation in Hunt Valley, Maryland, has announced several promotions. Chris Canonexecutive vice president, was named chief operating officer, succeeding Mike Battle, who is vice president of the company’s board of directors. Battle joined the company in 2005. EVP Sarah Ridgway, a 22-year company veteran, is the chief turnaround officer. The appointed head of client programs is EVP Brian Lesinskiformer manager of EA’s New England operations. Jason Ladder, EVP and CFO, has also been named treasurer. In this role, he succeeds Peter Neywho is also a new vice president of the board.

Jesse Lindsay

Jesse Lindsay has been appointed to lead TranSystems’ newly formed maritime and industrial sector service. He joins the firm following the purchase of Baltimore-based Whitney Bailey Cox & Magnani LLC, where he was executive vice president.

Philadelphia construction management firm LF Driscoll has named vice presidents Michael Dikonan 18-year company veteran who led preconstruction projects in the area, and Matthew Guinana 20-year veteran in healthcare construction. Michael Wolfe has rejoined the firm as vice president. He was vice president of Southern California-based Kitchell.

He has promoted East Petersburg, Pennsylvania-based Warfel Construction Steve Davis to his executive team as Vice President of Virginia. Based in Winchester, it continues to lead regional projects.

Precis Engineering + Architecture has hired Doug Seaboldt as director of a new structural engineering group, based in Ambler, Pennsylvania. He had been a director of Mainstay Engineering Group in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

Ray Verrelle

Ray Verrelle has joined HNTB Corp. as vice president and senior project manager in its transit and rail practice. An 18-year Amtrak veteran, he was vice president of engineering services. Kimberly Gilbert has rejoined the company as a project manager and vice president in Arlington, Virginia. She had been senior director of program implementation for the Northeast Corridor Commission in Washington, DC.

Jason Millhouse

ZDS Architecture and Interior Design has appointed Jason Millhouse as managing director in Washington, DC He was director of design management for IHG Hotels.

Dawood Engineering Company, located in King of Prussia, Pa., has been elevated Jason Cowen to the position of manager of road services.
