In 2025, Cincinnati Public Radio opened its first headquarters that was owned by the organization.
It is also the first mass timber transmission facility in the US and the first mass timber building in Cincinnati.

Facing their first mass timber construction, Skanska’s Ohio team tackled a steep learning curve and complex cross-border material deliveries from Canada through collaboration, precision scheduling and on-site coordination.

By erecting the structure in just 34 days, the team finished two days early and under budget.
