Ashley Nye has joined Clayco as an associate project executive, based in the company’s Phoenix office. Nye brings to the role an understanding of managing complex development processes, sourcing new investment opportunities and completing and overseeing design and construction.
Clayco has also hired Ram Ganapathy to the role of vice president of design and virtual construction in its Phoenix office. Ganapathy brings over two decades of experience, a wealth of knowledge and a strong academic foundation, including numerous research publications and papers. He will lead the company’s strategic growth and technological advancement.
McCarthy Building Cos. has promoted Ryan Ferguson to McCarthy’s mission-critical team vice president of operations based in Phoenix. He brings 20 years of construction industry experience to the role, having joined McCarthy four years ago as director of the company’s mission-critical projects team.
Daniel Adams has joined Parametrix as a senior engineer, bringing more than 20 years of civil engineering design and management experience, based in the firm’s Albuquerque office. Adams previously worked with EPS Group Inc. as a senior project engineer and was a lead engineer for residential and commercial developments in the Phoenix area.
