Turner tops California’s $345 million mixed-use project

Turner Construction has completed 222 North Citya 460-unit mixed-use development that will also include more than 20,000 square feet of retail space in San Marcos, California, north of San Diego.

Developed by Sea Breeze Properties and designed by Safdie Rabines Architects, both based in San Diego, the structure is part of the 200-acre, $2 billion. Development of the northern city.
